Retail Development Study

The Retail Development Study was conducted by The Retail Coach and was a joint effort between the Brenham Economic Development Foundation, Washington County Chamber of Commerce, City of Brenham, Washington County, and Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative. The purpose of the Retail Development Study is to help existing businesses expand their product lines and to help prospective retailers start a business in Brenham in order to encourage people to buy local.
